Agreement Between You and WishReiki Services
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WishReiki Services ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the VedicHymns platform at vedichymns.com and all associated applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms are published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
What VedicHymns Is, and Is Not
VedicHymns provides tools for reflective, exploratory, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind — including legal, financial, medical, psychological, relationship, or career advice.
Vedic astrology, tarot, numerology, I Ching, runes, and all other wisdom traditions made available on this Platform are not established sciences. Outputs generated by the Platform — including AI-generated readings, interpretations, and reports — are speculative, interpretive, and subjective in nature.
No reading, report, or prediction generated by VedicHymns is guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your circumstances. All content is generated by artificial intelligence systems producing probabilistic responses. They do not represent the views of qualified professionals.
Any decision you make — financial, medical, personal, or professional — based on VedicHymns content is made entirely at your own risk. WishReiki Services expressly disclaims all liability for any consequence arising from reliance on content produced by this Platform.
This disclaimer applies to all content on the Platform, including: Vedic astrology (myJyotish), tarot readings (myTarot), Bhagavad Gita interpretations (myKrishna), numerology (myNumbers), dream interpretation (myDreams), I Ching readings (myIChing), rune readings (myRunes), scripture references (myScriptures), Ramal readings (myRamal), and mokshaPatam readings.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vedichymns.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or any restriction is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
Credits, Payments, and Refund Policy
Access to certain features requires the purchase of credits or payment of a fee. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
No Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. AI-generated content is produced and delivered immediately upon use; refunds cannot be issued once a credit has been consumed or report generation has commenced.
Unused credits do not expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your account.
In the event of a verified technical failure preventing delivery of a report, we will regenerate the report at no additional cost. This is our sole obligation in the event of technical non-delivery.
WishReiki Services reserves the right to modify prices at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its connected systems
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
- Reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written consent
- Submit inputs that are abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that promote violence or discrimination
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying AI models or system prompts
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Use the Platform to make life-critical decisions including medical treatment, major financial investments, or legal proceedings
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the VedicHymns brand, is the exclusive property of WishReiki Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI-generated content produced for your account is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit such content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of personal data you submit. By submitting data, you grant WishReiki Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it for the purpose of providing the services requested and for improving our products, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- WishReiki Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
- WishReiki Services shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from reliance on Platform content
- WishReiki Services shall not be liable for the accuracy or fitness of any AI-generated reading or interpretation
- WishReiki Services shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) whose models generate content on our Platform
- WishReiki Services' total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Razorpay, Supabase, and AstrologyAPI. WishReiki Services is not responsible for the availability or reliability of these services. Interruption of any third-party service may affect Platform availability; we shall not be liable for such interruptions.
Account Termination
WishReiki Services may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@vedichymns.com. Unused credits are non-refundable upon account deletion. Sections 1, 5, 6, and 9 survive termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). You may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if you believe we have acted contrary to applicable law.
Modifications and Miscellaneous
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with at least 14 days' notice via email or prominent Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and WishReiki Services. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Contact: For legal queries, contact us at support@vedichymns.com.
