This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on VedicHymns (vedichymns.com), operated by WishReiki Services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
VedicHymns offers AI-powered readings and interpretations delivered in real time. Because our services involve the immediate generation and delivery of digital content, our refund policy is strict and intentionally simple.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of credit packs on VedicHymns are final and non-refundable.
When you purchase a credit pack, credits are added to your account immediately. When you use a credit to request a reading, that reading is generated and delivered to you in real time by AI. The service has been rendered at the moment of generation — there is no physical good to return and no digital delivery to reverse.
We are therefore unable to offer refunds for credit pack purchases, partially used packs, fully used packs, dissatisfaction with a reading's content, or any other reason except the specific technical failure scenario described below.
Common Situations and How We Handle Them
I purchased credits and have not used them yet. Can I get a refund?
No. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once processed, regardless of whether the credits have been used. Unused credits never expire — they remain valid on your account indefinitely.
Not eligible for refundI received a reading but I am not satisfied with its content.
We understand that AI-generated spiritual and astrological content is subjective and may not always align with your expectations. As stated in our Terms of Use, VedicHymns readings are exploratory and interpretive in nature — they are not guarantees of any outcome. Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Not eligible for refundI was charged but the reading failed to generate — I received an error or a blank response.
This is the one scenario where we will make you whole. If a credit was deducted from your account but you did not receive a readable response due to a technical failure on our end or on the part of our AI providers, we will refund that credit to your account upon verification.
To report a failed reading, contact us at support@vedichymns.com within 7 days of the failure, including your account email and the approximate time of the attempt. We will investigate and restore your credit if the failure is confirmed.
Credit restoration eligibleI accidentally purchased the wrong credit pack.
Purchases are confirmed at checkout with a clear display of the pack size and price. We are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases. Credits from any pack work identically across all 10 VedicHymns apps and never expire, so your credits retain full value regardless of the pack you chose.
Not eligible for refundI want to delete my account. What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are not refundable in cash. Before requesting account deletion, we encourage you to use any remaining credits. To delete your account, contact us at support@vedichymns.com.
Credits not refunded on deletionI was charged twice for the same transaction.
Duplicate charges are a payment processing error and will be fully refunded. If you believe you have been charged twice for the same transaction, contact us immediately at support@vedichymns.com with your payment confirmation details. We will investigate with Razorpay and process a refund within 7–10 business days if a duplicate charge is confirmed.
Fully eligible for refundThere Are No Subscriptions to Cancel
VedicHymns operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. There are no recurring subscriptions, auto-renewals, or scheduled charges. You purchase credits when you choose to and use them at your own pace. There is nothing to "cancel."
If you wish to stop using VedicHymns, simply stop purchasing credits. Your account will remain active with any remaining credits intact — credits never expire.
How to Request a Credit Restoration
For the eligible technical failure scenario, here is how to reach us:
- Email support@vedichymns.com with subject line "Credit Restoration Request"
- Include your registered email address
- Describe the reading that failed (app, question asked, approximate date and time)
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- If the failure is verified, credits will be restored to your account within 5 business days
For confirmed duplicate payment charges, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refund timelines are governed by your bank or card network — typically 5–10 business days.
Your Rights Under Indian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or override your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you believe we have acted contrary to this Policy or applicable consumer protection law, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your district.
For grievances that cannot be resolved through our support team, you may also file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in or by calling 1800-11-4000.
